No refund for apparel.
We must receive the returned merchandise within thirty days of your purchase date.
The manufacturer seals on the item must still be intact.
If the item or packaging has any physical damage (burnt, chipped, cracked, seals broken, etc)
or if any accessory is missing, the item will be returned to you.
Any product described as "not replaceable" on the product details page is not eligible for any replacement.
Note that all replacement requests are subject to a replacement fee of 8% the value of the product.
We will waive the replacement fee if you plan to make another purchase of comparable value.
Note that we don't ship to APO address.

We will provide our return address via email within 3-5 business days after replacement is requested.
Please respond to that email with your tracking number.
(For product replacement, please return the entire item package including all accessories.
Package contents will be examined for completeness before a replacement is issued.)

Cathode ray tube containing devices (CRT devices),
Cathode ray tubes (CRTs),
Computer monitors containing cathode ray tubes,
Laptop computers with liquid crystal display (LCD),
LCD containing desktop monitors,
Televisions containing cathode ray tubes,
Televisions containing liquid crystal display (LCD) screens,
Plasma televisions,
Portable DVD players with LCD screens

We ship to all U.S. states via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service).
The cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan may be higher.
Please contact us for shipping quotes prior to ordering.
Free shipping DOES NOT apply to orders shipping to HI, AK, PR, GU, SAIPAN.
Please DO NOT use P.O. Box addresses when the shipping method offered is UPS Ground,

HANDLING
Please allow 1-3 business days after payment is received for the order to be processed and shipped.
This includes California residents.
All orders shipped within California are subject to an 9.25% sales tax.

PAYMENT
Payment must be received within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
If payment is recieved without any contact information (such as email, or phone number),
you will be charged a Unknown Client Fee (UCF) of 15% the value of the product.
We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item
if payment is not received within this time frame.
We do not accept payments with unconfirmed addresses.
If your payment was rejected due to an unconfirmed address,
a new payment must be received within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
