Shopping Policy: No refund for apparel. We must receive the returned merchandise within thirty days of your purchase date. The manufacturer seals on the item must still be intact. If the item or packaging has any physical damage (burnt, chipped, cracked, seals broken, etc) or if any accessory is missing, the item will be returned to you. Any product described as "not replaceable" on the product details page is not eligible for any replacement. Note that all replacement requests are subject to a replacement fee of 8% the value of the product. We will waive the replacement fee if you plan to make another purchase of comparable value. Note that we don't ship to APO address.

Send the Product to us We will provide our return address via email within 3-5 business days after replacement is requested. Please respond to that email with your tracking number. (For product replacement, please return the entire item package including all accessories. Package contents will be examined for completeness before a replacement is issued.)

Please contact us for shipping quotes prior to ordering. Free shipping DOES NOT apply to orders shipping to HI, AK, PR, GU, SAIPAN. Please DO NOT use P.O. Box addresses when the shipping method offered is UPS Ground, please change to a physical address. All auctions must be shipped. We DO NOT offer local pick-up or will call. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import fees, and duties/taxes levied by their ountry. These fees are non-negotiable. The declared value will reflect the actual purchase price. This is non-negotiable. International shipping times vary from country to country. If the shipment is delayed, please contact your local customs agency or postal office for the status.

HANDLING Please allow 1-3 business days after payment is received for the order to be processed and shipped. This includes California residents. All orders shipped within California are subject to an 9.25% sales tax. We may ship orders from any of our warehouse locations around the country, such as Fort Lauderdale Fl, Naples Fl, Hollywood Fl, Miami Fl, Los Angeles CA, New York City, Houston TX, Atlanta GA. We only ship to confirmed addresses in the buyer's PayPal account. The buyer's PayPal account must meet the Seller Protection Policy.

PAYMENT Payment must be received within seven (7) days of the purchase date. If payment is recieved without any contact information (such as email, or phone number), you will be charged a Unknown Client Fee (UCF) of 15% the value of the product. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment is not received within this time frame. We do not accept payments with unconfirmed addresses. If your payment was rejected due to an unconfirmed address, a new payment must be received within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
